Objective: Score the most points by creating lines of tiles with the same color or shape.
Difficulty & Hints: Beginner shows placement and score hints, Intermediate highlights all legal placements without score previews, and Advanced disables placement hints entirely.
Gameplay:
- On your turn, you can place one or more tiles from your hand onto the board.
- Rule 1: All tiles placed in a single turn must form a single straight line (horizontally or vertically).
- Rule 2: New tiles must be adjacent to at least one existing tile on the board (except for the first turn).
- Rule 3: All tiles in a line must share one common attribute:
- Either all have the same color,
- Or all have the same shape.
- Rule 4: A line cannot contain duplicate tiles (same color and same shape).
Scoring:
- You score points each time you place tiles.
- The score is the number of all tiles in the lines you create or extend with your move.
- For example, if you add one tile to a line of 3 to make a line of 4, you score 4 points.
- If a tile you place simultaneously forms or extends both a horizontal and a vertical line, you score the points for both lines. (The tile itself is counted twice).
- If you complete a line of 6 tiles in a single turn, you achieve a "Qookie" and receive a 6-point bonus in addition to the base score.
Game End: The game ends when the tile bag is empty and one player has used all of their tiles. The player who used their last tile gets a 6-point bonus. The player with the highest score wins!
